Spine Scan!!! Yes and yes again! Sometimes your body needs a little something extra. Tried the 20 min spine scan and what a treat! Differently felt a different but so want an hour! Now to decide between an hour lymphatic with one of the many amazing staff or a spine scan next appointment. Thank you 🙏🏼 Renew + Restore for holding space for me last week
