Highly recommend Renew. The whole staff is kind and makes the process easy. Dr Guy was thoughtful and incredibly knowledgable and in just 3 months, helped me resolve a persistent injury and tackle a lifelong goal.
Physical therapy at Renew has been completely life-changing. Jackie took all of my concerns seriously and helped me meet my goal of returning to regular barbell lifting. She was diligent about educating me and moving at my pace. I learned so much and all of my pain and mobility issues have resolved. I now have the tools and resources to address any problems that may recur but I’d honestly be more than happy to return to working with Jackie again!
Guy was a very attentive and enthusiastic PT that helped get me back on track after a dislocated shoulder and torn labrum. He did a detailed intake when we started to assess where I was in recovery and what exercises to start with. He always explained in detail how each exercise was beneficial and what muscle areas and type of exercise it was addressing (I.e. mobility, strength).
