Physical therapy at Renew has been completely life-changing. Jackie took all of my concerns seriously and helped me meet my goal of returning to regular barbell lifting. She was diligent about educating me and moving at my pace. I learned so much and all of my pain and mobility issues have resolved. I now have the tools and resources to address any problems that may recur but I’d honestly be more than happy to return to working with Jackie again!
Guy was a very attentive and enthusiastic PT that helped get me back on track after a dislocated shoulder and torn labrum. He did a detailed intake when we started to assess where I was in recovery and what exercises to start with. He always explained in detail how each exercise was beneficial and what muscle areas and type of exercise it was addressing (I.e. mobility, strength). Really bad staff!!! I had to call 5 times before they would send the follow up email with exercises and the exercises were so bad. ChatGPT gave better suggestions. So even ai is better than them lol
i had to wait for 2 hours before they saw me, and they made me fill out the same form 3 times
Sara is the best PT I could’ve asked for with my ACL recovery. I went through a couple physical therapists and after working with Sara, I’ve always recommended her specifically to my friends. If you’re reading this Sara, you’re the best!
