I came in with a Groupon for CO2 laser treatment but Luba did not feel that it would address my issues. I spent an additional $2000.00 plus the $800.00 for the Groupon for services that did not provide any results at all. Then on my third visit she talk me into GLP1 ( I am not overweight). Very negative and shocking experience. During my visits, the pricing and services were not clearly explained despite me asking direct questions multiple times. My questions about cost were repeatedly ignored. Dr. Luba also charged me extra for services that were advertised as included in my membership, without my knowledge or permission. I was shocked to later discover that my debit card had been charged multiple times for large amounts that were never discussed with me or authorized.
