October 31, 2025 We had a leak in kitchen & due to consequences of leak, we were connected to New Medic by TCB. Jacob came out and inspected and set up quote for our needs. He made time in his busy schedule to come when our insurance claims representative came. Even though it was denied, Jacob worked with us & was so supportive during a little bit of stressful time. I called and promptly received callback to schedule a meeting to renew our kitchen cabinets. Jacob & Todd showed up promptly and listened to our requests and took all their measurements and offered suggestions. Jacob said it could take awhile to work up estimate and we were OK with that. But it's now been over 6 weeks since that visit and I've tried contacting them 3 times and we've just been ghosted....no response. So the 1 star is for the initial prompt reply and visit.
Michael and Team did a fantastic job at removing, repairing and reinstalling my kitchen cabinets. I would definitely do business with them again. The entire experience was top notch.
Renew Medic repaired a vanity in our bathroom. What they did looks great. Marnie Hankins and her team were incredibly quick and meticulous about every detail. The Renew Medic team communicated every step of the way. The folks Marnie sent out to do the work were friendly, highly professional and quite skilled and knowledgable. I cannot sing their praises enough. We would not hesitate to use them again if we have any other issues.
