I had a wonderful experience with Cassandra at Renew Med Spa. She gives an amazing deep tissue massage. I could barely move my arm laterally and after 2 sessions with her, I'm feeling so much better. My mobility and my range has improved tremendously and in general, I feel better all over. If you need some deep tissue work done, Cassandra is your gal. I highly recommend her and Renew Med Spa!
