Moved from Green Bay hoping for a better experience for myself and kids & never again ! Save yourself - I’m sure I’ll be going back to Green Bay & calling tenant resources. Even pest control told me to go to tenant resource center because this is horrible. 😭
Avoid renting at this complex. I live adjacent to these apartments and the excessively loud parking lot parties are awful. I don't know how the tenants deal with it.
If you are deciding to move or move to these apartments, I do not recommend it. It’s the worst decision you can make, the administration of these apartments doesn’t work at all. When making a claim, they never help you or give you a concrete answer. I’ve been waiting for an email for days and I don’t have access to my mailbox. Apartment had black mold under sinks and not cleaned before I moved in. Management told me no black mold when I moved it. I have pictures of the day I moved in and black mold doesn’t grow in days. Multiple things broken in apartment and takes them a while to get things fixed.
My grandson Aidan moved into his apartment on Monday. I went to visit him today and found that kitchen and bathroom cabinets were disassembled. He was told that the apartment was not in move in ready condition and that he needed to wait for hinges for cabinet doors. The sliding glass door to exit was stuck and had to be lifted and slided open. To slide shut again needed to be lifted as it appeared the door would come apart if forced. I had to leave for an appointment so I couldn't do a thorough review of the apartment.
