If you scroll down the reviews, you’ve probably noticed that the number of 1-star ratings has increased. Others have mentioned that management has gotten worse—and they’re right! Every new manager is worse than the last. Now it’s you, Holly! Maintenance requests take forever to get fixed. Even a simple issue requires multiple visits to your office, yet nothing gets resolved. And don’t bother looking up 'April Sum' on the lease—it’s a fake name. I’m still living here and need to protect myself from more unnecessary hassles.
This place sucks do not ever rent here. The management is never in the office and they give you extra fees when you pay your rent. I kept getting roaches in my apartment for my whole time living there. Also my power fuse went out maintenance did not come till 4 hours later to restore my power. I was freezing cold it was -5 degrees outside was well I had to do an emergency move out my grandmother passed away. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: No. This was not “out of your control” as I have contacted your office over 10 times trying to get payment, only to get a run around. I sent over payment links, nothing. The beginning of December I was told a check was mailed. It’s now mid January and we have still not received it! As a business owner, I would be embarrassed to run this sort of operation!
