Maybe 4 appointments in, I admit got busy at work and forgot about an afternoon appointment and no showed. Yes my fault. Patients be warned though characteristics you seek such as empathy are not present. Yes you do receive automated texts appointment reminders a day or so before that warm of a $100 no show fee but in a day of modern connectivity there was no phone call or ability to tele as an alternative. Guess empathy only goes as far as the $130 paid.
I’m deeply concerned about the recent experience my daughter and I had at Renew Hope and Healing Clinic. As a parent who has consistently supported her care and brought her to appointments, I was extremely disappointed by the way recent decisions were made, particularly the move to have her homeschooled without proper consultation. Since that decision and a related complaint, her condition has regressed, and she has withdrawn from therapy altogether.
