Excellent gym. Equipment regularly updated, and always maintained perfectly. Members are courteous and the place is kept very clean.
Great place to work out ! Fantastic equipment. They constantly are getting new bars and equipment. It is similar to the old school hard core gym of yester year. If you want sit on your phone and take selfie's . Go to crunch. This place isn't for you!
Best Gym in Erie. Owner is super cool. Bunch of pro trainers too if you are into it.
Amazing atmosphere and selection of equipment that's not offered at a typical gym. It is nice to always have one of the staff nearby to assist with anything you need. Highly suggest a membership to anyone looking for an alternative to the mega-gyms!
