A Beautiful Treasure of a Spa – I visited Renew Day Spa with a friend for a massage and then later on two different occasions for a pedicure. The spa is beautifully decorated and is a real treat for the eyes. It is simply lovely and every room is a jewel box. Lousy customer service – Im a facial junkie and have tried a couple of spas around the Atlanta area. I liked my experience at Renew, but was recommended some products that did not work for me. I tried to take them back, but was met with terrible attitude by the owner... extremely rude. I will never go back there... unfortunate since its so close to home.

In the six years that Renew has been open, we have always had a "no questions asked" return policy on all products. This situation was the only exception because the individual had previously returned $160.00 in purchased products, stating that she could not "afford" them. She was given a full refund, no questions asked. When she purchased products a second time several months later, she was informed that we would not do another refund for her. Blew me Away! – Having recently moved from Sandy Springs to East Cobb, I was looking for a spa a little closer to home. I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience than the one I had at Renew.
