Would NEVER go back – I would never go back. The service was OK, but the place seems like it is run by terrible people. The staff seems like they are terribly unhappy. The owner ( I assume ) is very rude and I overheard him talking about another customer while I was there. Very rude. I wonder what he had to say about me? The place is very pretty, but I have been to a lot of pretty spas. Renew will not get my business ever again.
Best Spa – I've been a client of Renew since they opened. I started with their waxing services and now I go every four weeks for a 90 minute massage. I initially used one massage therapist but now I rotate among three. Each therapist has different strengths and skills which challenge my body in unique ways with each visit. Awesome Spa Experience! – I went to Renew on Friday, 12/4 with a friend. We both were first-time customers, and based upon our experiences, I would highly recommend this spa.
