I really enjoyed my first experience at Renew Cryotherapy. At first, I was a bit nervous to step into the whole body machine, but the treatment was actually enjoyable and the time in the machine flew by. I could feel the effects immediately after using the machine and it felt like my entire body just worked out, yet I also experienced a jolt of energy. I can't wait to try it again next weekend! I might even get one of their package deals.

My experience at Renew has been a great pleasure. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel very relaxed during my treatments. After the Cryotherapy, I felt very energized for the rest of the day. Since my visit to Renew I have seen great results and am looking forward to coming back and continuing with further treatment!
