scott’s a bad guy to be honest. bad work conditions taking advantage of people yada the whole 9 yards.
BEWARE Once this company has your money, they have no interest in fulfilling their end of the bargain. And it definitely is not a bargain. Outrageous kit pricing. Horrible instructions. Despicable point of contact with absolutely no knowledge.
Scott and his crew did a wonderful rebuild on a 1973 914 gifted to me by my grandfather. Communication was always clear and thorough, the details were ironed out, the work itself went smoothly without a hiccup, and I could not have imagined a more perfect final product. Thanks for continuing to take care of us, Renegade!
I felt like I just had to post another review regarding the service and attention from Scott and Renegade Hybrids. I am the 3rd owner of my build ( a 914 SBC 350 swap) and it has been solid ever since it was done over 10 years ago! As I have needed advice on parts, upgrades, etc. Scott and his team have been unfailing in their personal attention to helping me make my 914 as reliable and fun as the day it was completed.
