I worked out here for over two and a half years. The same equipment that was broken when I joined was still broken when I terminated my payments. I didn't mind because there are so few people in the place it's easy to work around the dead equipment, and the monthly fee was very competitive. This place is a dump. I don’t know how they don’t get shut down. I recently moved to East Greenwich and I signed up for a day pass to check it out, but when I showed up for my appointment, nobody was there. They even gave me a phone # to call if I had issues entering, so I called several times for 30 minutes but nobody answered. Finally, I was able to enter with a member, and the equipment is broken or old. The place is dirty, there is water coming down from broken pipe, showers are not very clean. This gym has enough things for people to do however, they are old, run down, and broken. Staff does not want to fix it or replace it. They either leave it like that, or put a sign for a long time that it’s “out of order”. Very unorganized gym. Almost no staff. What happens if this gym has an emergency? They likely won’t do much. The staff is a strict uncaring staff. They have lots of policies for things however, they don’t do anything. They don’t wanna fix the steam room. Took along time to fix the water fountain.
