They are very dishonest people! They showed my daughter name plates and let her pick the style she wanted. She picked a very nice, thick, double plated with little diamonds and it was supposed to be diamond cut! We got a cheap piece of garbage and the top feels like a cheese grater! Believe me these crooks messed with the wrong momma. Completely disappointed my daughter with this garbage. I will make sure everyone I know never shops here. They are honest and give you great deals. You have to trust your jeweler just like your doctor. You can trust them.
Awful dishonest jeweler! Switched my emerald for a fake one out of my dead moms ring! The ring had five stones n were all scratched badly. The emerald was either broken by this place or stolen but it definitely was not the same stone I gave to them! There wasn't a scratch on it and expected me to be stupid enough not to notice! BAD DISHONEST JEWELER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
VERY DISHONEST. Broke or stole the stone in my ring that was being repaired n expected me to be stupid enough not to notice!!!! The stone I had was an emerald what they put in to cover up , was a fake glass stone! The original stone had a chip n was heavily scratched , but was my moms who has died, they replaced the stone with a GLASS one.! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR N STAY CLEAR OF THIS JEWELER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All I can say is my ring was returned to me with a different stone than what I brought. Don't know if they broke the stone or stole the stone. All I do know is they would not be honest and expected me to be stupid enough to not notice !!!!!!! BEWARE STAY. AWAY FROM THIS PLACE VERY DISHONEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
