The review posted regarding my care is a personal attack and false. This individual was rude, disrespectful, impatient, and there was no error in a referral OR follow up. The patient's insurance was maxed out with one home health agency, so we had to reroute this referral. She verbalized understanding of this. She was expecting concierge-level medicine, which we do not do. We are a very small, private practice, and we went the extra mile for this patient.
