I really liked Dr. Mackey. She took her time with me and explained all options. However, the office staff does not return phone calls or messages. They do not call with test results. Waited 6 weeks for x-ray results, then another two weeks to hear about obtaining an MRI order. Never called me back and I have called the office 3 times. I will have to start all over with another practice / physician. Very disappointed in the lack of follow thru or care by the office employees.

This was my first visit and I immediately knew I had made the right choice. Dr. Mackey clearly enjoys meeting people and making their feet feel better. She is thoughtful and looks for the most satisfactory outcome for her patient. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional, Improper Diagnosis. I Could barely walk. She looked at one ankle and said,"I'm probably getting arthritis due to of my age (54), & smoking."Never bent or rotated my feet. Did NOT have me stand up to show I could NOT bear my own weight (101 lbs.). I said, "I was Crawling to the bathroom in pain!"Didn't offer me a cane/walker, nothing. My appt. 3 wks. later, X-rays, no big breaks. I wait 3 more wks., MRIs, WOW, I have a Stress-fracture on right Tibia & broken bone in left heel.
