Dr Frenier always listens. I always feel heard and she is such a great Dr.
Terrible. Doctor is more focused on generating office visits for income than to provide care and enable patients to manage their care better. Makes referrals more than addressing concerns in-house, among many other issues. All family members that see her are switching doctors, as well.
I have been a patient for 10 years. Frenier has always been a nice doctor. However, I came to my appointment about 5-6 minutes late and waited behind and older gentleman who had gone to the wrong clinic and was confused. I felt sorry for him and didn’t notice that there was a second check in counter. When I noticed there was a lady behind the second computer I walked over and waited for her to look up. Dr.Frenier is always so thorough and kind. The mark of a great doctor is a good bedside manner and also recognizing what is out of their scope or practice .She’s never afraid to make referrals for further follow up testing or for specialist doctors. She’s also not quick to prescribe narcotics. She’s an excellent doctor and I recommend everyone to her although I think she’s so good because usually she’s not taking new patients.
Just the sweetest pcp EVER. She’s kind, thorough, and always a joy to see. I’m so happy someone recommended her to me.
