My son was referred to Dr. Howard about thirteen years ago by his pediatrician for a plantar wart on his foot. Dr. Howard did not accept that simple diagnosis insisting it was something strange and arcane and basically unable to be diagnosed. We went back year after year just to have it checked to make sure it did not become cancerous.
