Will never visit again due to them not billing my insurance company correctly. Then sending me my bill 6 months later! Then sending it to collections AFTER my insurance company has already been in contact with them. No patient care or communication whats so ever. It’s truly sad that a office staff/ insurance person can ruin the experience for the doctor and hygienist whom I actually enjoyed seeing.
RecommendedI’m new to the area, so it’s always stressful having to find a new dentist/doctor etc. I am so happy I found Dr. Roberts! From the front office staff, to the amazing hygienist, everyone was very welcoming and sweet. Their diagnosis and treatment planning was thorough and honest. I fully trust my dental work in their hands! I instantly felt excited to call this office my new dental home. Thank you!
Hands down the best dental office in Columbus, GA!! Dr. Roberts and her staff go above and beyond!!! Will make sure to tell everyone I know about this office!!
Dr. Roberts and staff are wonderful! I have extreme anxiety prior to my appointments but I always leave thinking why am I so scared. They are all gentle and caring. Definitely recommend Dr. Roberts!!
I highly recommend this dentist...she is the best!!! She gave me my smile back😆...too bad I have to cover it with a mask😔 Everyone is always so nice ...don't mind going to the dentist anymore!!!!
10/10 recommend!! Best dentist I’ve ever been to! They got me scheduled VERY quickly, I went back very fast and the staff is extremely nice. I came in with my front tooth chipped in half and left with it looking PERFECT! Highly recommend everyone to go see her!

Dr. Roberts and her staff are great! I have hated the dentist since I was a child and I am now 26 years old. Every time I go into the office the ladies at the front make you feel very welcomed. They always smile and greet you! They always explain everything to me even if I have a million questions. Dr. Roberts is very gentle with her hands.
