My experience at the office was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and the dentist explained everything step by step.
My overall experience of Dr. Piedra is fantastic. He's attention to detail, and incorporates great bed side manner. Everything is explained to you regarding treatment & payment. There precision and attentiveness to following up with you is good.
My experience at Dr. Piedra's office is one of complete satisfaction. I suffer from anxiety and Dr. Piedra has helped me overcome my anxiety issues by always being understanding,explaining and answering all of my questions. The staff is courteous, professional and always greet you with a smile.
State of the art office, the Dr. is very professional and very helpful , explain everything in detail that I could understand. very kind and friendly the all personal of the office make feel very comfortable and at ease.
I've had a couple of dental emergencies and Dr. Piedra has always fit me in even when it was an inconvenience for him. I actually found this dentist when I had a filling come loose at 5:30 PM on a Friday. I called about 10 dentists and Dr. Piedra was the only one that would take me. The prices are explained up front and there are never any surprises. The staff are warm and always wish you well and ask about your life. If you're looking for a dentist in Miami, this is the one.
I came to Dr. Piedra's office a couple years ago to get the FastBraces. From day one they have been thorough with getting the best results for my teeth. Also, they have been more than patient with me since I've missed some appointments unfortunately! I just want to thank them for everything they've done for me physically with my teeth and mentally by fixing them. I would recommend to any and everybody!

Dr. Piedra was more than excellent and provided tender loving care more than was expected, i did not feel a thing and I want to thank him for treating me with such kindness . I really appreciated your taking the extra time to suture so that I would not bleed and I am here to praise your excellece and will bring all my relatives here in the future. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
