Rene is not a good person to work with. I called to have a conversation in hopes to do business together and she yelled at me and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional.
We just purchased a house from Rene and if you go with any other realtor than her you are nuts. She went way beyond then what she was required to do, because she wanted us to have the house as much as we wanted it. She made it happen and helped us deal with the insurance and loan people when we didn't even know which way was up or down with them and she followed up, making sure we were happy with the house and then again making sure we were satisfied.
