ALWAYS the BEST selection of meat, cut to order!
Great local butcher and meat/game processor! Just tell them what you want and they'll cut it for you or order it for you. Went in looking for a 2" thick porterhouse. Within minutes they had one cut and packed for me at a very reasonable price. Asked for cured and smoked but un-sliced bacon. They didn't have it but ordered it for me and they called me when it came in. Great service!
