My husband had been a patient with Dr Mandanas, his blood pressure is irregular and he had voiced his concern and because Lori,the office manager didn't like the questions he was asking over the phone, she decided to hang up on him, and when he called to complain was told he could seek out another primary Dr..is this how a Dr's office responds to a patient who's having a medical issue? Horrible front office. They discharged me and said they sent a letter I never recieved. Found out when trying to make an appointment months later, and now have to find another provider ASAP with no refills for critical meds!!!!
