Spent less than 5 minutes with me, was rude, gave me no medical advice, wouldn't recommend to anyone ever!!
I just saw Dr Renaldo for the first time the other day. I was in immense pain and could barely walk into the exam room. His compassion and bedside manner was excellent. He truly cared and tou could just see how urgently he wanted to get things done to help me. I feel so much better knowing he is monitoring my care. Mri today and we will hopefully have answers. Thanks Doc!
Dismissive and arrogant.
Went to go see him for a back problem he told me I will always have a back problem due to my weight. I told him I have had a lower back problem since I was a teenager and was very thin then. He did no fact finding. Dismissive. He told me to come back in 6 months for what? Not his bed side manor or lack of caring.
I am surprised by the negative reviews. I didn’t wait long for him. He listened to the symptoms I was having and my concerns. He was not condescending as someone else reported. He gave me hope. Seeing him again tomorrow.
These Drs think they are GOD based on these awful reviews.There are many orthopedic surgeons out there.orthopedic associates isnt the last stop. I was considering dr.renaldo but not after reading some of these reviews! No thanks I'll go to Lenox Hill or HSS. GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE GUYS THERE IS ONE GOD ONLY.
Waited 1.5 hours,got 10 minutes with dr.renaldo who totally disregarded the pain in my arm.Iignored mostly what I was saying, talked over me and ended up sending me for mri not only for my arm but threw in an MRI for my spine which had absolutely nothing to do with my arm. when I called office for results they told me he would not discuss over the phone only in person and he was going away the next day but will be back in 2 weeks and would not tell me any treatment in the mean time. No thanks

I was beyond impressed with my experience at this doctor’s office. My first contact was with Dr. Renaldo and I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind he was and how fast he was at getting back to me! If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaing a very efficient office, then Dr. Renaldo is someone you should consider visiting.
