Dr. Renaldo is very personable. Asked all the right questions. Took a conservative approach to my chronic back issues, which I appreciated. He explained what we would do moving forward based on how I responded to pharma and PT. What's not to like!
Never even got to speak with him he had a nasty assistant that cancelled my appointments twice and he refused to come to the phone

The check in, check out, radiology, and nursing staff were great. Friendly, helpful well trained. Dr Renaldo was friendly, caring, professional and explained everything very well and multiple times to help me understand my neck issues.
What stood out was how fast the visit was. And so know he coded it for a hour visit to the insurance. Quick exam. He told me I could try physical therapy for the pain first, and I asked him how that would help me. His answer was, “I don’t know, but they say it does”. Really? He didn’t seem to care enough to explain much to me. He probably wants to pay more attention to the folks who need surgery? No clue.
Wow...extremely surprised to see the negative comments because Dr. Renaldo has been nothing but professional in my case. I'm suffering from Lumbar Spinal Stenosis. Dr. Renaldo is trying everything in his power to avoid a full out Laminectomy and spinal fusion. I am glad for that because I've heard from people who have had it are better, but with physical limitations.
