Went in to get tires from blowout. My wife said may need two. The tech said that’s a wise tale. What will happen when it comes to alignment time? Also my wife said she is advantage customer and they say she is not, well today she showed me the advantage card it hasn’t expired. Service doesn’t do there job
Daily spam calls and wont take take me off call list after numerous requests
I am further updating my review. The GM I give 5 stars. While I am only putting in 4 stars, the service department commercial states repeatedly how they have loaner cars and book your service, etc. My car was in the shop, and they did a really good job, however, no matter how much I begged for a loaner I was not given one. Very unhappy with the whole place and the situation that occurred. Do not go there especially if you're a woman. I felt manipulated from the beginning. I was lied to and not given answers when questions were asked. Oh, don't worry about it. We have you covered from your approved, but not for how much.
