We came to Shelby Honda with pickup slips to pick up two vehicles, a Ford Escape and a Chevrolet Sonic. When we first arrived, no one was in the building, but eventually I was able to get some assistance. We were then directed to Shelby Kia. Most of the employees I spoke with were nice and helpful, including Michael Roberts. However, my interaction with the owner, who from my understanding is Carl Rosciti, was completely different.
