I had an appointment on 3/29/2023. First, I had setup the appointment a week prior on the phone and I didn't received any notification of a reminder interview. I explained to the office manager Alexis I had a referral. She didn't tell me I needed anything else. I got to the appointment and the office manger Alexis was unprofessional and very aggressive.
