Nice people helping you and keeping patience moving in a timely manner.
Office staff (specifically the person scheduling) is extremely rude and unprofessional. Literally hung up in my face while I was talking. When I called back, she said she thought the conversation was over and would not let me speak to anyone else when I asked. Once I explained the situation and asked her to make the appointment while I looked at my work calendar, she said they mail appointments out and she couldn't do that. I have been using Renal Associates for over 20 years. I have always had pleasant experiences with the doctors and staff.
The doctor my father has is really good but it's the receptionists who need to be replaced. They put you on hold for long periods of time and no one has time for that.
