I stayed at The Renaissance for about 8 months for a travel assignment. Russel was a great property manager that took great care of his tenants and the building. Great location that was near downtown and hospitals for work. I would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for medical professionals.
Renters beware! I lived in this building for almost 3 years. But eventually had to evacuate because of a serious ceiling collapse in April 2025, due to a leak that wasn’t fixed after notifying the building about the issue in August 2024. This building is old and not safe. On the other note, since the evacuation, I received relentless texts from the building manager asking if I’m engaged, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Really enjoyed my stay here. Just moved out. Russell made the entire experience easy and painless. I leased the apartment sight unseen from across the country, and it turned out great. I highly recommend the place for all of my fellow travel nurses.
