Although their facilities were clean and temperature controlled, their customer service is lacking and I would not use them ever again. Number one, you have to buy THEIR lock, they will not let you use other locks. So, right away you know they are money grabbers. Number two, I was not happy with their service and lack of communication. After I put all my stuff in storage, I gave them all my contact info in case they needed to reach me. From the very beginning I was extremely impressed with this facility. The staff was very polite, professional, and most imporantly friendly. With the free truck rental with driver when you move in was a dream. I love the fact that they are a brand new facility; and a hurricance proof building. Which really puts my mind to rest. I have also never felt safer going to my storage because just knowing that the Boynton Beach Police are right next door.
