This property management company handling our HOA has been an absolute nightmare. Their unprofessionalism, poor response time, and rude employees are beyond disappointing. They blame their slow response on managing "over 10,000 properties," which is an unacceptable excuse. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that actually cares about homeowners and provides timely service. Stay away from this incompetent HOA property management company!
There is no response by the property manager to phone calls or emails. I have been having a problem with the ditch in front of my house for six months. It is not graded properly and retains water almost to the top of the ditch. The ditch needs to be graded properly for the water to flow.
