My family loves living at Renaissance Place Apartments. The people living here are great. We’ve been living here for going on three years and the reason for the five star rating is not because of the place itself. Yes, the area, the buildings and the grounds are all good, but it’s the people who work here that makes this place five star rating. Living at Renasissence Apartments is amazing. It is a family-friendly place, with friendly neighbors, very clean and well-maintained by the maintenance team. Rob, the manager, is always willing to resolve any emergency in your apartment as quickly as possible and very efficiently. The office team is very friendly and attentive. Thanks 😊
I am very pleased with the level of service that the maintenance staff member, Rob, provides. We can easily submit a maintenance request on the app and he is very fast to respond and fixes things very well.
