This apartment management is extremely misleading and feels like a scam. I signed a one-year lease, but due to a job change, I had to break it early. They never clearly communicated when the lease break penalty was due. Only after I informed them of my move-out date did they suddenly add multiple charges to my portal. I was consistently paying my rent on time and even paid the penalty, yet they still moved me out on my requested date and then continued to charge me rent and fees until the original lease end. Our stay at Renaissance was thoroughly enjoyed. Great location, peaceful community and a well maintained society. Special mention to maintenance head Rob, he is prompt, kind and has vast experience in his area of expertise.
Friendly leasing office and staff, but looking at the brown lawn and dry cracked, that tells you something. The sprinkler ran once a week or once a summer season or never? It is not like this just four years ago.
