Hello I’ve been a resident since the beginning of 2023 I’ve seen mgt. change from John Michael To Nellie and both professional with open door policies I like Nellie because she uphold the lease rules she’s. Been a driven force to make our community safer cleaner Nellie adhere to my concerns in a timely manner she enforce rules in lease agreements in a very respectful manner thank you very much we need a mgr. like her thank you Barbara L.

There's been changing of the guard recently and our new apartment manager, Nellie, is spectacular! Open door policy, great communication, very supportive, listens to concerns and does a wonderful job. I hope she stays with us for many years.

We have new management and so many of the neibors are very happy about this. .Renaissance park is a amazing place to live and even better with great , management .The grounds are beautiful and the pools are clean.This is a great place to raise a family and walking distance to shopping also our laundry rooms are kept running smoothly,the assistant manager is extremely helpful and very kind.Im looking forward to meeting our new manager who already seems to be doing a amazing job.
