If I could put negative stars or no stars I would. When I first started going here a year ago I really liked them. However, I went this past Christmas and had the worse experience. So bad that I complained to my insurance company and chose a new OBGYN. When I was seen (about 40 mins late) the woman who saw my barely listened to me, decided what I should do without giving me any options, wrote incorrect notes in my file, and gave me a really painful exam. From the receptionist to the nurse to Dr Martin, everyone at this practice was amazing.
All of the doctors and nurses that I have seen at Renaissance OB/GYN have been very friendly. I always feel well cared for and comfortable during my appointments.
I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked into the office at Renaissance OBGYN for my first visit there. I really appreciate that.
The level of care I receiving at Renaissance OB/GYN is excellent. They always great me when I come in for my appointments and the wait time is more than reasonable.
