Trying to get required documents from them can take literally months or years. To get the required documents costs money and to pay them you HAVE to pay them with cash or cheque. This 2024. I should not be required to come into the office when they already have our banking information on file. The ladies in the office don’t care and hate their jobs. The turn over is so high that every three months you’re dealing with a new person who’s just trying to learn the system. Terrible customer service, terrible company to deal with.

If I could give this company 0 starts I would. Please if you see this DO NOT BUY any property manage by this company. We are owners of a condominium and have been having issues with the board members since the first day we moved in. We feel harassed and accused by false acusaciones made by them. Now they even wrote us a Letter from a lawyer to leave our own property that we are paying for.
