This is one of the worst condo management experiences I’ve had. When our property was switched over, the transition was poorly handled with no proper welcome information or clear instructions for setting up direct deposit for condo fees. Instead of direct communication to resolve the issue, we were immediately sent through legal channels, resulting in approximately $500 in legal fees that could have been avoided.
