I would rather dip myself in honey and jump into an ants nest than ever deal with Renaissance Management again. Terrible service, clueless replies , zero accountability etc. Every attempt to get any type of helpful service has been a nightmare. A solid zero star experience to date.

Renaissance Management (Vicki Wells) managed Canyon Pines from 2018 ish till early 2026. She wanted everything in emails, but rarely ever responded. She never once called back when requested in the years. When confronted, she had once excuse after another. One was that Canyon Pines was "too far" from their office. My advice is to document things well. And seek legal advice or take small claims court if necessary. Don't let Renaissance bully you with fines.

This is one of the worst condo management experiences I’ve had. When our property was switched over, the transition was poorly handled with no proper welcome information or clear instructions for setting up direct deposit for condo fees. Instead of direct communication to resolve the issue, we were immediately sent through legal channels, resulting in approximately $500 in legal fees that could have been avoided.
