A complete scam. All fraud! They never paid a penny. There customer service lies repeatedly. Will not cancel your insurance plan, will even go to visa and override your stop payment. Only way to cancel is to cancel your credit account completely. Reported them to the states attorney generals office. Will file lawsuit against them. I do not recommend these criminals.
Complete scam. They don't cover anything. They also will tell you it's covered and then stiff you afterwards. They also continually bounce your member date around so you never reach date of coverage. Three years in and they constantly say 6 months till coverage. Wtf. It's cheaper to go without;
