staff nurse was talking about a patient which was my other half. there station was right out the door and the door was open. I hear everything she was telling the other nurse she was very rude unprofessional. because she had to do her job. I had a enough of hearing her. Why have an appointment if the wait time is over an hour to two hours? The front desk staff at the Palmdale imaging needs to go back to customer service 101. I’ve never had a problem with having blood drawn or an IV but this lady had to poke me THREE times and it still didn’t take. By the time she got to my hand the pain was just too much. After all that I had to reschedule the appointment.

RecommendedHad an ultra sound on Wednesday. The check and wait time was fast. The technician was very friendly and really made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Very clean place. I highly recommend this place.

Worst location ever. They have me going from one location to another. It seems the personal don’t have knowledge at all.
