I experienced this center to be unprofessional and frankly unsafe. My biggest concern relates to their lack of prescreening protocols. I arrived on time to my appointment instead of early, which is my fault. The way they handled my tardiness is unacceptable. Rather than having me complete my forms quickly or telling me to wait until after the next patient, they told me to go to the scanner first and then complete paperwork afterwards. No free parking and this location DOESNT DO X-RAYS
Took my brother to his appointment August 29. Very happy with the visit. We had been canceled on by RadNet 4x for this appointment so we reached out to his pediatrician to send us elsewhere. A bit confusing area, we were lost in some backway parking lot, to our luck we ran into an employee who directed us to the correct area and went above & beyond by calling the office to state that we were there but lost and could be a little late as we were on the opposite side to ensure they did not cancel our appt.
