Why have an appointment if the wait time is over an hour to two hours? The front desk staff at the Palmdale imaging needs to go back to customer service 101. I’ve never had a problem with having blood drawn or an IV but this lady had to poke me THREE times and it still didn’t take. By the time she got to my hand the pain was just too much. After all that I had to reschedule the appointment.
I drove from Ridgecrest for an appointment that was confirmed and they had the wrong procedure Scheduled.
I was told to expect to be at the facility for 3 hours. It took 6. We sat and sat and sat. On top of that, I'm diabetic and had to fast... I'm definitely not pleased.
We were there for 5 hours today and not one person asked how we were, said have a good day or wished us well. Not one positive thing! The staff was not friendly and most of the ones we were in contact with were quite rude. A very different experience than what I have had in the past.
When you have an appointment at 9, then you should be seen at or close to your time. Not only did that NOT happen, I had to go ask how much longer and was told after already waiting for 45 minutes, that it would be another 45 minutes or so. No one thought saying something was important and apparently they aren’t respectful of our time. So dissatisfied and disappointed in this crap!!! NEVER would I recommend this place!!! NEVER!!!
The receptionist always calls me and change my time of my appointment. This place is so unprofessional. It needs better staff. Especially she is horrible!
