The technicians and front desk workers at the center are excellent, kind people, but their billing department operates based on loan shark rules and should be investigated. I had some testing done on 9/11. I received a bill just 3 weeks later and was double billed for the testing and it was "due upon receipt". This bill arrived before my insurance company even responded. RecommendedGenerally the place is ok. We've never had a serious problem at this place, other than the usual long waits. My issue with them is that they have a lot of immature employees who insist on having childish conversations within earshot of patients and their families. This is about the 4th or 5th time now we've been there and have had to listen to female staff badmouth each other loudly and with profanity. They are overbooked and understaffed its always a terrible experience I wish there was a Kaiser hospital closer !!!!
Went there yesterday for an MRI and found the technician from the back to be very kind and helpful. My only complaint is the chairs in the waiting area. Every single seat was torn and it snagged my work pants. I think the center could afford to recover the simple chairs they have for their patients to sit on. Thank you.

The staff is super super nice 👍 I was really scared to due a test and the held my hand and walked me right threw it I’m humbly grateful
