The lady name Pam is very rude and unprofessional its a better way to do things
Didnt care for the staff unfriendly demeanor, but I guess you can't be friendly in their position. I think they should give you a receipt when you drop off something for a kid. I shouldn't have to trust that they'll give money or property to the juvenile in their care.
