I pulled up in an Uber lots of big luggage, waited for a valet. When he finally came I said I’ll need a luggage cart, after several more minutes of me waiting in the middle of the driveway with luggage he ROLLED one to me and darted off! Zero help! I struggled to get on cart and get cart to the door to open the door myself, while TWO other valets stood 3 feet away! It wasn’t until I got both doors open and half way through they came to help.
