nice place very friendly staff only problem we had was the parking garage was told are room rate included parking but only to find out the 2 keys we had didn't work so we has to pay for parking. other than that I love this hotel.

I absolutely LOVED❤ my stay at the Renaissance Phoenix. My room had amazing views. I definitely recommend staying here. My room was very spacious, comfortable & clean. Their hotel's personnel were polite, friendly, helpful & answered all my questions. My favorite place was the outdoor patio, where you could enjoy your morning coffee☕ or evening glass of wine🍷

We stay at Marriott on all of our trips, until now. This was the worst stay I've ever had. Don't plan on leaving your room unless you are ready for the staff to complain about something/everything. We will never stay here again.
Used to be one of my favorite places to stay but after tonight I will never stay or recommend this hotel again. Made a last minute booking for this evening on hotels.com. Drove an hour to the hotel, arrived at 11:45pm only to learn that my reservation was apparently under my maiden name. The staff was rude and unwilling to help except that they would approve a cancellation if I called hotels.com to arrange one but that would take a few days.
