We had a fire that destroyed most of our house in January 20 23 our insurance company set us up with Renaissance General Restoration and I’m so glad they did!! Steph in the office is the best!!! Great family owned business that does great work. I had a water loss upstairs and didn't know what to do. They came out at 7am the next morning to look at it and start demo and even coached me on what the insurance process would be. They are very mindful of your home and making sure they take precautions to cover floors or other surfaces they will be working on. Their craftsmanship is A+ and even if you find something you don't like, they are on it and fix it asap.
My experience with Renaissance GRC was so effortless and so professional all at the same time! No headache, follow-up, or hassle on my end. That is a rarity these days, in my opinion.
