We came to the walk in clinic at exactly 7:45 and called back to a room at 7:50. It’s 8:27 and we’re still waiting to to seen. No one checked on us or told us there was any delay. We were the 2nd people placed in a room. This is ridiculous.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sarah Gilmour since 2014 and I can honestly say that I have never had a PCP who has been as thorough, caring and willing to listen to anything that I have to say or ask. I even paid a higher insurance premium while living out of state, just so I could keep her as my PCP. And in addition to the higher premium, I made the 160 mile round trip. WARNING! Beware! They Combined 2 medications...Could have Killed me! Beware! Too Many Mistakes!
The lady at the desk and the lady who answers the phones is so rude. I've dealt with many doctors and doctor offices all my life from past medical issues and they were awful. The nurse was nice though.
