Love this place! Never had any issues and the ambiance is wonderful!
Best spa experience of my life. While expensive, it is absolutely worth it. I've been to a few other places, and none compare. It's luxurious, professional, friendly, and all around amazing. Top quality!
I just called the Renaissance Spa for my sister and I to have one service each on Friday Feb 13th and the receptionist told me there were several appointments open however she could not book me unless each person wanted one or more services. Apparently it is a new policy for the time period of Feb 13-15. She confirmed my statement when I questioned being denied because we were not spending enough money. They sure don't mind taking my money during times when business is slow --- so why are we not good enough during peak times... read more
Have a very bad experience I will never go back with place sucks
I've been going to both locations for years. If I'm having lunch, I love the Eutaw location because of the bright, comfy enclosed patio. The lunches are delicious, and the variety of drinks amazing. The staff is "top of the line", professional, and very accomodating and friendly. I've had many of the staff members give me massages, pedicures, facials, etc., and have never been disappointed once! Every massage I've ever had here was great... However, every pedicure I've ever had here, was not. And typically, I get my pedicure after my massage~ so it kinda ruins the experience for me. This last pedicure... Well, I had chosen the Signature pedicure and on the way down stairs from the massage, the lady who was doing the pedicure really "talked up" my signature pedicure~ how great it is and that it was 1 1/2hrs of pampering my feet.
