Had my first massage today. Not impressed!!! The person having a massage in the next room talked the entire time and I could hear it. Not a relaxing massage at all. I told the receptionist and she said they had me in the "couples" room where there is only a divider. Why would they do that???!! I got a 10% off discount and a headache from listening to that lady talk the whole time! Not enjoyable at all!

I love the relaxing atmosphere and attention to detail -which in my case is attention to me! This place can sure make you feel special! Just an overall wonderful place to get pampered and let the stress melt away!!
I had a gift card bought by friends for my birthday and on my part two, I had a facial, paid for in advance. However, during the facial, the young lady offered me no options, so I rolled with it, because she had the paper and at the end I owed a balance. Not to mention it was so loud in the facility. I am a VIP member, but this service & treatment has me feeling like I want to re-access. Not feeling relaxed not happy on my Birthday. Great service!! Went for my early bday celebration and I was at the Eutaw location and then tomorrow I celebrate my birthday at the Purdue one for a message and facial and my bestie is going with me before I go out with my family and I had a blast I even got the VIP card because I knew I would be coming back again.. I can't wait for tomorrow .. The staff at eutaw was amazing the food was great and the dessert just nailed it .. But thank you guys for me helping me to relax I never thought i would be able to in a million years... read more
