They have amazing customer service and made me feel relaxed.
The reason I gave my experience today a one star was not because of the service or the spa itself but it was because since changing to a new wax it has made my waxing appointments unpleasant . The new wax is to sticky and it doesn't pull off as easy as the other wax that you all have used for awhile . It leaves me bruised for days afterwards which I have never had before and I have been waxing there for a long time now . Please stop using this wax it sucks !
