I can’t be more satisfied and pleased than I am! Instead of what I had expected, since I’ve had bad experiences with other companies before, these guys DIDN’T price gouge when they probably could have. They said one of the fuse switches was the issue, so they pushed it over as simply as that and all I paid for was the service call I was initially made aware of when I placed my call to them. Renaissance Electric has been top-notch, start to finish. They have bent over backwards and in contortions to help. And when Adam and Tristan were here to install a service panel upgrade, they worked tirelessly, efficiently (they took less time than I had expected), and made their work appear clear and elegant. They were very friendly, cleaned up well, and Eric in the office was a mensch in working with me on scheduling and payment. I was unable to use Precision’s services because I had a more immediate need; however, I came here to say I would recommend using their services. Eric is beyond professional and will get back to you immediately. I have never met a contractor with the amount of professionalism that he showed.
