15 floors and the only ice machine is on the third floor. At least the elevators are fast.

The in house catering was simply delicious! From the endless shrimp, red snapper, to the prime rib, fantastic selection of adult beverages, and a staff that is exceptionally trained to make your experience magical. By far the best choice to host your company Christmas party. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience in every phase in the hospitality industry. thank you for a wonderful evening!!!
Fantastic breakfast 🥞 at OMA Restaturant. Traffic is noisy though.
Food not really good, not matched with 5 stars hotel. I been here 4 times all I have same roast beef and fish are bad flavor. First time with Asian Real Estate Association 80% of the people can’t eat their food, and the year after same thing. Then we have company party there twice all same food and such, at least 70% people can’t eat. I don’t know the owner or Hotel Management know that or not if they are pay attention to the plate after the waiter and waitress pick up from table see how much left on the plates.
It’s a lovely , modern ,chic hotel in walking distance from great Shops and restaurants. And the staff are warm and so helpful !
Tremendous service. Family enjoyed Thanksgiving meal there. The food was wonderful !
